超高齢者の心臓血管ハイブリッド手術（TAVI+CABG）の麻酔管理をレミマゾラムで行なった２例です。レミマゾラムを超高齢者の心臓血管外科ハイブリッド手術で使用した症例報告は過去にはありません。
JA Clinical Reportsは今年からJournal Impact Factor（IF=0.9）が付与され注目されています（=採択が厳しくなってきています）。興味深い症例があれば是非、チャレンジしましょう！
